Terms of service

  1. General provisions. These terms govern the use of the arevtur.online website (the "Store") and orders placed through it. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
  1. The store and its products. The Store sells automotive filters — engine oil, air, fuel and cabin filters — as well as motor oils and car-care chemicals. Product descriptions and photographs are for information; packaging may differ from the picture without affecting the quality of the product.
  1. Orders. An order is placed through the website by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout form. The Store may contact you to confirm availability, price and delivery time. The contract of sale is concluded when the order is confirmed. If an item is out of stock, the Store will offer a replacement or cancel the order.
  1. Prices and payment. All prices are in Armenian drams (֏) as shown on the product page. The delivery cost, where applicable, is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Payment is made in cash to the courier on delivery, or in person at the store when collecting your order.
  1. Delivery. In Yerevan orders are delivered by courier within 1–2 working days; to the regions of Armenia — within 2–4 working days. Orders can also be collected in person at Bagratunyats St 93, Yerevan, free of charge. Delivery options, costs and free-delivery conditions are shown at checkout.
  1. Choosing the right filter. The catalogue lets you pick a filter by vehicle make, model and engine, and products are cross-referenced with other manufacturers' part numbers. This data is a guide: before ordering, verify the part number against your vehicle documents or the marking on your current filter. A wrongly chosen but unused filter in its original packaging can be exchanged or returned in the usual way.
  1. Returns and warranty. Returns and exchanges follow the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. A product of proper quality may be returned or exchanged if it has not been used, is in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is presented. The manufacturer's warranty applies on the manufacturer's terms and does not cover faults caused by incorrect fitting or use.
  1. Your account. When you register, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. The Store is not liable for misuse of your account unless you have notified us. Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy.
  1. Website content. The texts, photographs, catalogue and design of the website belong to the Store or the respective rights holders and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Trademarks belong to their owners.
  1. Liability. The Store aims to keep the website accurate, but errors in prices or descriptions can occur; in such cases the Store will inform you and may cancel the order, refunding any payment made. The Store is not liable for indirect loss.
