Frequently asked questions

What Mannol products are in stock?

Sixteen Mannol products: engine and transmission oils and car chemicals. The price is stated on each product page; in stock at the shop in Yerevan.

Which one to choose: Mannol LC2 (8029) or EP2 MoS2 (8028) grease?

LC2 (8029) is a high-temperature grease on a complex-lithium base, working from −30 to +170 °C — made for bearings and units running hot. EP2 MoS2 (8028) is a universal grease with molybdenum disulphide and graphite, −30 to +140 °C, for heavy shock loads. Both come in 100 g and 400 g tubes.

In what temperatures do Mannol greases work?

The high-temperature LC2 (8029) keeps its properties from −30 to +170 °C (DIN 51502 KP2P-30, NLGI 2, MB 265.1, MAN TL 284); the universal EP2 MoS2 (8028) — from −30 to +140 °C. Both have a 5-year shelf life from the production date.

A 100 g or a 400 g tube of Mannol grease?

The 100 g tube suits servicing one or two units (for example, a single bearing replacement); the 400 g tube — several units or repeated jobs. The contents are the same grease; only the volume differs.
